  • Always document processing parameters: record all settings used (Trim, CAR, Denoise, filters, etc.), including a note about blink artifacts.
  • Check data quality: use the Time domain interface to visually inspect signals before analysis.
  • Compare different methods: use the option to overlay two processing pipelines.
  • Account for anthropometric data: for HRV analysis, always specify age, sex, height, and weight.
  • Validate results: compare results with literature data and known norms.
