Parameters:
- signal1, signal2: signals from two electrodes after processing
- frequencies: frequency vector for calculation (from df to 50 Hz with step df)
- Fs: sampling frequency
Mathematical definition:Cxy(f) = |Pxy(f)|^2 / (Pxx(f) * Pyy(f))
where:
- Pxy(f): cross-spectral power density
- Pxx(f), Pyy(f): auto-spectral power densities
Value range:
- 0 ≤ Cxy ≤ 1
- 0: complete absence of coherence
- 1: full coherence
