Drivers for Lab Streaming Layer are ready

Matlab is one of the main software products that are needed for processing and analyzing digitized signals. Therefore, we developed the driver for Matlab first thing. So far, it has few opportunities:
1. Connect to the prototype via com-port
2. Send control commands to FPGA and ADS – set the sampling frequency, gains for each EEG channel, enable / disable channels and gyroscope.
3. Visualize information from EEG channels
